Outdoor enthusiasts from around the country packed out the beautiful grounds of Lowther Castle for a fun-filled weekend of countryside entertainment.
This year’s Lowther Show brought a full line up of exciting activities perfect for the whole family.
Top quality performers were on hand to display there amazing skills throughout the many demonstrations, including The Lowther Horse Carriage Driving Trails, The Lowther Hound Show and The Isuzu Lowther Trail run – plus many, many more.
Competitors also flocked to Lowther Castle to battle it out in some of world-class sporting championships taking place, such as The Great Wall Motor World Series Clay Shooting and The Great Wall World Series Gundog Championship.
Guests looking for a bite to eat soon visited the superb Taste Cumbria Food and Beer Festival, where a gathering of the best food producers in the country were ready to feed the masses.
With over 250 retailers in attendance, visitors to the Lowther Show weren’t disappointed with the massive amount of country living products available.
Novices to country sport were guided by expert tutors and given professional advice on how to get involved in some of the most enjoyable and rewarding past times.
